6 glasses puzzle

Six glasses are in a row as shown. The first three are filled with milk and the last three are empty. By moving only one glass can you arrange them so that the full and the empty glasses alternate?

Pick up the second glass and pour the milk into the fifth glass and then put it back in the second position.

You can only move one glass. Pick up the second glass and pour it into the 5th glass. Put now empty second glass back into position.

The solution of the first comment would involve moving two glasses, not one.
